Sales and membership conditions at gamemore.co.uk
Gamemore+ is a member club that gives all members big savings on the latest and most popular games when they shop with us. In addition, you get access to our ZO coin universe, where you can earn ZO coins which you can use to sign up for competitions with great winning chances, play cool and unique games, and buy fun new games at prices well below the normal retail price.
If you want to become a member of Gamemore+, you must be 18 years of age or older. The membership price is £29, - incl. VAT pr. month and is charged from the customer's debit card monthly after the trial period has ended. This means that the membership price is not charged for the first 14 days, as this period is considered a trial period. During the trial period, the customer can make use of the statutory cancellation right according to the Consumer Contracts Act § 18. We always send a notification to the email address provided by the customer seven days before charging the membership price, where the customer also has the opportunity to terminate the membership.
The first time the membership price is charged on the customer's debit card is 14 days after the customer has created the account. If the customer wishes to terminate the membership, this can be done with immediate effect until the end of the period paid at the time of termination. The termination must be made in writing to email@example.com. Subject field = Termination.
Upon termination, the customer's account becomes inactive when the paid period expires, unless the customer wishes to terminate the membership during the trial period, where the customer's account becomes inactive immediately after the termination is received at gamemore.co.uk.
You can terminate your membership at any time. Please note that if you cancel your membership during the free trial period, you will not be able to start a new trial period, but the membership price will be charged from the re-registration date.
How to shop at gamemore.co.uk
If you want to become a member of gamemore+ and thus gain access to great savings and special offers, you must choose membership when completing your order at checkout. If you choose to buy at membership prices, you will automatically have a membership added to your shopping cart. You will also be asked at checkout if you want a membership and thus only pay membership price. When your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation per. e-mail and you will receive another e-mail when you receive your CD key. If you wish to receive a physical copy of your order confirmation, please inform us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you one.
Do you want to cancel an order?
If you have purchased a CD key and you want to cancel your order, you must immediately contact email@example.com with the order number and which parts of your order you want cancelled. You can only cancel an order if 1) You have not received your CD key yet. 2) If your CD key is received but for some reason does not work.
Prices shown on gamemore.co.uk
At gamemore.co.uk you will always find membership prices for each product. The membership prices are the prices offered to all members of gamemore.co.uk. The membership prices ensure all members great savings on computer games and CD keys. You will experience an average saving of 50% on all our products. All prices shown on gamemore.co.uk are prices in Danish kroner.

All payments at gamemore.co.uk are made via redemption payment. At gamemore.co.uk, you can pay with Visa Dankort, Mastercard, Mastercard-Debit, Visa and Visa Electron. We have made it easy for you so that all payment and card fees are included in the price. Your membership payment can only take place with a debit card. Your card will only be charged when you receive your CD key or when your membership starts.
Please note that we use SSL encryption on all communication, so that you can be sure that your card information is processed securely and confidentially.
Important information for customers with VISA Electron and MasterCard Direct: As soon as you place your order, your bank will reserve the amount. If the order is processed within seven days, the already reserved money will be withdrawn. If, on the other hand, the order is only processed later than the seven days (for example in connection with a pre-order), Elavon will automatically make a new reservation in your bank account, without deleting the old reservation. Korta has thus reserved the money twice in your account. This extra reservation disappears by itself after about 30 days. If you do not have the opportunity to wait 14 days for the amount to be released, you can send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to help you get your bank to cancel the reservation. Please note that it is not gamemore.co.uk that makes the extra reservation, and that the reservation is only visible in your bank.
Shipping and delivery
Orders from gamemore.co.uk are delivered by e-mail with a CD key number and instructions. When the order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. An additional email will be sent when the CD key is shipped. It takes a maximum of 24 hours before the order is shipped.
Since keys are delivered after an order has been delivered, we cannot validate and check if the key havent been used. Meaning we cannot issue refunds on orders.
Right of withdrawal and return
When you buy a CD key at gamemore.co.uk, gamemore.co.uk delivers digital content, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act §18 subsection 2 point 13: When you accept the terms and conditions, you consent to giving up your right of withdrawal when the order is completed and the content (CD key) is delivered. Gamemore.co.uk can thus not provide any kind of right of withdrawal or return after the content (product key) has been delivered.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us, you have a right to make a complaint within 24 months. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. Remember that it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour. You must file a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely and we therefore always recommend this.
Handling of personal information
When you register as a customer at gamemore.co.uk, your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be stored in an electronic file. Only employees at gamemore.co.uk customer service have access to these files. Before any other personal information is stored by gamemore.co.uk, we ensure that you know exactly which information is stored and agree with this.
It is a requirement to register as a user to be able to place an order on gamemore.co.uk. The purpose of this is to make it easier for you to shop, as well as to improve your user experience. You will for example always be able to find your CD keys from previous orders through your account. The exchange of personal information takes place via an encrypted connection. If you no longer wish to be registered as a customer with a membership, you must notify us at email@example.com, and your data will be deleted. If you are a registered customer at gamemore.co.uk, you always have the right to object to the registration and the right to know what information we have registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act, and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Children and young people under 18 years of age
By registering with gamemore.co.uk and thereby creating a membership, you must confirm that you are over 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, the registration and membership must be signed by a parent. An agreement can always be easily terminated by a parent if it is entered into by a child or a person under 18 years of age.
Do you want to complain?
Against our expectation, If you wish to make a complaint about your purchase, you must contact our customer service at email@example.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can always submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution, if the conditions for this are met.
